TIM KELLER, Former Chairman and Co-Founder
Tim Keller was co-founder and chairman of CTC and pastor emeritus of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City, which he founded (with his wife and three young sons) and led for over 25 years. Tim passed on his love for the gospel and commitment to the local church to a new generation of city-focused ministry leaders through the work of CTC, which has helped start over 700 churches in many of the most influential cities of the world.
He was also the author of over 25 books, including such New York Times bestselling titles as The Reason for God and The Meaning of Marriage.
MARK REYNOLDS, Interim Chief Executive Officer

Before stepping into his current interim role, Mark was an advisor, trainer and consultant to ministry leaders in our global network who offer training, coaching and other core services to church planters and ministry leaders. He provided strategic counsel to leaders implementing the "hub city" strategy. Hub cities seek to increase ministry impact in their cities, in partnership with our regional partners, through starting and strengthening churches, initiatives that serve the flourishing of a city, and resourcing other cities.
Before serving at CTC, he was the field director with Mission to the World in Manila, facilitating church planting with Filipinos. Mark has also helped plant a church in Columbus, Ohio, served as campus staff with Campus Crusade at Oregon State University, and holds graduate degrees from Covenant Seminary, Aberdeen University and Saint Louis University.
