These are the themes we’ll look at as we approach the end of 2024.
Twenty church planters and 103 leaders from 26 countries from the Asia Pacific region recently gathered in Bangkok for a training we call the Intensive. They heard from seasoned leaders on topics like cultural engagement, preaching Christ, contextualization, faith and work, coaching, mercy and justice, and the list goes on. These leaders left energized, encouraged and equipped. And these Intensives happen all over the world.
Asia Pacific has a total of 12 Intensives in their region alone this year and in different languages. They’re in Thai, Japanese, Indonesian, Korean, and Nepali. And not just Intensives. CTC comes alongside leaders through trainings called Incubator and Train the Trainer, and there's coaching and faith and work training as well.
These trainings intersect with leaders right where they are and equip them to go forward in the work God has called them to do. We pray and believe that God will ignite a greater catalytic work through these leaders' work.

CTC is based in New York City and works in over 75 global cities throughout Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe. CTC’s core competencies are urban church planting, leadership development and content creation. All of this is done to help bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to cities.
