Christopher “Critter” Joseph Bledsoe, Jr., of Atlanta, GA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 14, 2023, at the age of 31. He was born in Lawrenceville, GA, on Saturday, February 15, 1992, to Chris and Teri Bledsoe. Christopher had a huge heart for others, a smile that was infectious, a desire to help anyone and a personality that could light up a room.

Christopher traveled the world on church mission trips where he served by building and repairing churches and by sharing the love and joy of Jesus with orphan children and vacation Bible schools. He loved adventure and the outdoors. Christopher loved to mountain climb, surf, jump off bridges into the lake, and snowboard the steeps in Colorado and Jackson Hole.

After attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, Critter was employed at Home Depot in Sandy Springs, GA, as a sales associate. He especially loved working in the lawn and garden section, helping people with their plants and selling Christmas trees. Christopher worked at three Chick-fil-As: on Eagles Landing Parkway, in Atlanta, GA, and in Lubbock, TX. Christopher was proud to be on the Chick-fil-A team, and he LOVED serving others. Being greatly loved, Chris will be greatly missed by his many coworkers and friends in the Atlanta recovery community and in Lubbock. 

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Piedmont Park in the Greystone Building.
