AL BARTH, Vice President, Global Catalyst, Europe, Middle East, Africa & Executive Director, North America 

Al is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church In America and one of the founders of Redeemer City to City. Having planted four churches over his pastoral career, he understands first hand the challenges and needs of church planters, their churches, and networks. He has served as a coach, trainer and mentor for many global church planters.  He oversees the CTC work in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. 

Most recently he has taken on the position of Executive Director of the newly emerging fellowship of churches known as City to City North America. 

He and his wife, Rene, have three adult children and are grandparents to ten grandchildren.

ROBERT GUERRERO, Vice President Catalyst, NYC & North America

Robert Guerrero works toward catalyzing networks of existing churches in the city.

Born to Dominican parents in New York City, Robert has spent much of his life in both the U.S. and Dominican Republic. He earned a degree in theology from Moody Bible Institute and during his studies was active in the ministry of Lawndale Community Church, Chicago, as well as planting La Villita Community Church. In 1995, Robert and his wife moved into the Colonial City of Santo Domingo where they planted Iglesia Comunitaria Cristiana (ICC) with a focus on justice and compassion for the most under-resourced in the community.

Robert is also the co-founder of the Coordinating Community of Del Camino Network for Integral Mission in Latin America with networks in Costa Rica, Argentina, Chile, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Brazil and the Dominican Republic.


JAY KYLE, Vice President, Asia Pacific & Latin America  

Jay works alongside City to City Global leadership in Asia Pacific and Latin America. Their goal is to facilitate church-planting movements and the growing of gospel ecosystems in cities in these regions.

Jay attended high school in Manila, Philippines and graduated with a BA from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi. He received an MDiv from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi.

He served for thirty-two years as a missionary with Mission to the World (MTW), the overseas mission arm of the Presbyterian Church in America. During those years he worked with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Papua New Guinea; founded MTW's Short-term Missions Program; served as MTW's Personnel Director, as their church-planting team leader in Mexico City, and as Field Director for Mexico and Central America.

Jay serves on the Boards of Belhaven University and the Asian Charity Services in Hong Kong.

Jay and his wife, Maureen, live in Franklin, TN and have three grown children and eight grandchildren.


ANNIE MASON, Assistant, Global Catalyst 

Annie serves City to City Latin America and Asia Pacific through systems, processes, and organizational development support.

She has extensive experience in the business, nonprofit and ministry sectors, both nationally and internationally. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary, with a speciality in international humanitarian psychology.

She grew up in rural Indiana, and has traveled the world - from Thailand to France, London to Los Angeles, and finally settling in New York to work for Redeemer City to City. Anna hopes to change the world through the catalyst of global movements.

She loves a philosophical conversation over a great pizza, but not as much as she loves an excellent cup of coffee.


JODEAN JONES, Executive Assistant, Global 

Jodean comes to NY from the heartland of Ohio, but moved to New York for an adventure.  She loves the vibrancy, culture, architecture, and diversity of cities, and is addicted to coffee.  The only thing she does not like about NY is going to the airports when she travels!

Prior to coming to Redeemer, Jodean worked as an IT consultant, real estate investor, and volunteer. She holds a degree in Systems Analysis from Miami University and an MBA from Indiana University - and a culinary degree.

Jodean has two grown children who live in Copenhagen, Denmark and California.


WALTER WOOD, Sr. Catalyst, Western Europe & Assistant Director, North America 

Walter Wood's ministry career has taken him through campus ministry with Cru, seminary (M.Div., D.Min.) in Jackson MS, a 12-year stint at Perimeter Church in Atlanta, and founding and senior pastor of North Cincinnati Community Church (NCCC) in Mason, Ohio.

He and his wife Becky planted the church in 1994, and over the 21 years, NCCC grew and was able to plant eight other churches in the Cincinnati area and beyond.  Walter has been working with Redeemer City to City (CTC) as an adjunct field staff during his last three years at North Cincinnati, in several cities in Southern Europe, and now has been taken on by CTC in a full-time capacity.

Walter’s responsibilities are to coach church planters in Europe and to develop partnerships between North American churches and CTC’s target cities.

Walter is married to Rebecca and they have two grown children and three grandchildren.
