Emily Vogelzang is the Director of Special Development Events for Redeemer City to City. 
 
Before joining City to City, she founded Alchemy Social Club, an event planning social enterprise dedicated to raising support and awareness for young non-profits. She has also held management and strategic planning roles at a top New York advertising agency through which she learned the fine art of story telling and how to thrive in high energy and creative workplaces.
 
Emily’s path to City to City and philosophy of development has been influenced by her love of generosity and her belief in its power to create change, shown first and foremost through the gospel and Christ’s generosity on the cross. She believes life is relationally driven and approaches her faith and work in the same way.
 
Emily holds a B.A. in Psychology/Behavioral Economics from Princeton University and was a member of the 2009 Gotham Fellowship.
