I'm a 29 year old pastor, born in Brazil and raised in Santiago of Chile, I´m the husband of a beautiful, intelligent and godly woman named Priscilla, and the father of Agustín (3 year-old) and Sofia (1 year-old). After 4 years of Seminary studies and 3 years as pastor of a presbyterian church in a small city in the south of Chile, we've been called to start a new church in downtown Santiago. This calling started in our hearts through prayers and conversations. And now is being confirmed in several ways. One of them is that we start a "launch team" in october, 2009.
Our project is called "uno" ("one") and have the vision of an impact of the glory of God, through the proclaiming of the Gospel of Grace in Jesus Christ to our city. Our passion is to see the "santiaguinos" to have one heart of integrity in the Father's will and by his grace, that the socially different classes and types of persons that live in Santiago be one people in the gospel and the love of Christ, and that everyone in this body of believers have a clear calling from the Holy Spirit to work for the renewal of Santiago. That's why our vision is: "un corazón en el Padre, un pueblo en Cristo, una misión en el Espíritu" which means: "one heart in the Father, one people in Christ, one mission in the Spirit".
