What: A session designed to explore the theology undergirding the integration of faith & work and see examples of how this works out in practice.
Who should attend: Pastors and/or lay leaders interested in learning about, initiating, or developing a faith & work ministry within your current congregational context.
+ The Gospel Coalition: New England Regional Conference
October 19-20, 2012
New England is increasingly identified as a post-Christian region, and is said to qualify as an "unreached people group." And yet, gospel-believing Christians in New England know that God is at work here in a unique way. In what looks like rocky soil, there are a growing number of churches and Christians who are enthralled by the good news of the gospel and its implications for all of life. "The Gospel-Shaped Life," a regional conference of The Gospel Coalition, aims to encourage the development of this organic network, and to resource New England Christians seeking a deeper knowledge and experience of the gospel.
Optional pre-conference on "Gospel-Shaped Ministry" with Timothy Keller, David Wells and Richard Lints. Conference speakers also include John Piper, D. A. Carson, and Stephen Um.

+ Network Leaders Forum
April 17-19, 2012
From time to time we find that it is helpful to gather leaders together from different parts of the world to share experiences across regions and spend time in fellowship. These include network leaders (potential and active), church planting catalysts and city catalysts.
Urban network leaders face many challenges in reaching their cities with the gospel: velocity of change, the complexity of cities, developing leaders, creating sustainable congregations and resourcing the vision. NLF is a peer learning event with the primary purpose of addressing many of these issues and challenges. The Forum will include directed and open discussions, Q&A, presentations of case studies and papers given by Network Leader practitioners on various topics, and informal gatherings.
